Izwe Le Bhorholo

“Izwe le Bhorholo” (Land of Hardships) it’s an 55min, African Contemporary dance production, about Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego. The production tells a tale of 3 God fearing men, from the Book of Daniel. In the Narrative, the three (3) Jewish men are thrown into fiery furnace by Nebuchadnezzar II, King of Babylon for refusing to bow to the King’s Image. The production will be performed by 5 dancers, 3 versatile singer and 4-piece band, fusing dance, text, poetry and Soulful music.
