A Traditional indigenous dance (15-60 min) This is a traditional indigenous dance show, portraying the beauty and diversity that Africans have. We look at tribes from West Africa down to Southern Africa, the rituals they do and the importance they play on our modern life. This energetic, percussive song and dance, keeps you on the edge of your seat, makes you smile & celebrate our African Heritage.

A Contemporary dance story (15-60min) “Bawelile-The Crossing” It’s a contemporary gospel musical, telling the story of Moses and the Israelites and it also test their faith, believe and commitment towards Moses and the journey towards promise land. The show explores the vulnerability, desperation of the chosen nation. It highlights their strong and weak points when they were waiting in the midst before they could cross Red sea.

The Fables Of The Mind, is a theatre that talks about the global issue of mental health for teenagers. It is a campaign to be taken seriously as seven to ten teenagers are suffering from Anxiety and depression at the age 16 to 18 years of age. The production will be staged directly addressing Social Ills for teenager in Soweto community and partnering with High Schools and South African Depression and Anxiety group. The productions also will help in bringing awareness and support for those who suffer from depression and Anxiety (Supporting Vulnerable Groups) allowing community involvement and support. We want to start early (January to March) during the year to prepare the pupils for the year starting. Though for now it will start on a small scale in the hope that this production reaches other communities in South Africa in the future.

A poignant and creativity structured musical show about the life and times of kids from dysfunctional families. A well-researched dance story about true events, using spoken word, dance drama, music and sharp choreography.

"Izwe le Bhorholo" (Land of Hardships) it’s an 55min, African Contemporary dance production, about Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego. The production tells a tale of 3 God fearing men, from the Book of Daniel. In the Narrative, the three (3) Jewish men are thrown into fiery furnace by Nebuchadnezzar II, King of Babylon for refusing to bow to the King's Image. The production will be performed by 5 dancers, 3 versatile singer and 4-piece band, fusing dance, text, poetry and Soulful music.

A drama/Physical Theatre work (25-45min) 24 hours of a life of a female taxi driver. We travel with her, as she and her passengers are faced with challenges of unemployment and prejudice, and try to provide a brighter future for their children. Courageously these diverse characters ask what it means to be become a woman in present day South Africa. Each has a story; each is struggling to establish her own identity. Written by Irish playwright: Kathleen McCreery.

It follows a series of stories of young South African women. It also shows and highlights what these women go through in the name of love, experience so much, giving so much, and yet receiving less. They sacrifice, compromise, and lose what they believe in. Regardless of the circumstances, they choose to hold on, hope for the best, telling themselves that things will be change, while things fall apart.

A Contemporary dance piece (7-20min) “Beyond da grave” explores the pain, ritual that people go through when they mourn during the passing away of their loved 1. We as Africans, have our own way of mourning, believing from vast spiritual beliefs. This dance piece embraces the spiritual beliefs during this time of pain & grief. It was firstly created a solo in 2003, and then developed into a female group work. Now it has been revived & re choreographed. It is drawn from the passing away of my late Father in 2001 & my nephew in 1996 that both died tragic deaths.
